Jabberwocky Marionettes presents an original puppet menagerie using over 40 intricately crafted marionettes, rod puppets, hand puppets, and shadow puppets. The animals we share planet earth are beautiful, mysterious and our focus in this global journey. We begin by observing the wildlife in our own backyards. The snail, the dragonfly, the turtle and misunderstood creatures like the bumble bee are introduced. Watch as a little boy hand puppet flies a kite and plants a seed that grows into a flower right before your eyes. Sea animals from distant oceans swim over the heads of children and finally we take a ride into Space.
